AM-85 Control Box is the latest EF fully automated welding machine from the House of Fusion, UK. Prompt after sales service easily available. Butt Fusion jointing is a method of joining PE pipes using thermal fusion. This technique permits the quick assembly of long continuous joints in a faster and economical way without the use of modified pipe end or couplers. The fused joints are reliable and as strong as the pipe itself thus providing total leak proof system. We also provide experience and skilled satff to conduct and supervise the jointing operations. -

Foolproof
- All pipe jointing parameters and welding profiles are pre- programmed.
- Operator follows on-screen step-by-step instructions.
- The machine will not allow the operator to by-pass operations or perform them incorrectly.

- The supervisor or engineer can select the pipe joining programme and lock this in. This prevents the operator welding with incorrect parameters.
